C1 Professional Training Center is located in a modern, state of the art facility. Our facility has only one purpose: to train safe truck drivers. The new campus and driving range was built from scratch in 1998. The campus features an 18,000 square foot classroom and administration building. The building includes 6 spacious classrooms featuring a multi-media classrooms, a truck components lab, and a computerized driving simulator.
Our curriculum uses leading technologies to help prepare new drivers. C1 uses a custom-designed multimedia classroom program. To supplement classroom lectures, the training staff has developed a comprehensive student-training manual. Our training department combines of years of experience and a knowledge of trucking industry to create an unparalleled training program.
You won’t find in gravel lots in here! We’re the professional training center. That’s why we provide over 12 acres of flat asphalt pavement configured as a driving range. The range provides ample space and safety for practicing low speed driving maneuvers. The ample size and configuration of the driving range provides students plenty of space to master all the skills necessary to operate a tractor-trailer comfortably. Some of the skills that can be practiced on the driving range include turning, backing, shifting and parking. The entire range has a perimeter lighting system to allow for training in nearly any weather condition or any time of day.
